Elizabeth is an experienced human resources executive with nearly 20 years of practice as an influencer and leader helping companies to raise the bar in achieving their goals. In both her company leadership and consulting experience, she's demonstrated a passion for helping organizations increase their capacity and resilience in rapidly changing environments through change leadership at all organizational levels. Throughout her career, Elizabeth has developed a wide variety of client-focused solutions in the areas of regulatory compliance; organizational development; strategy; leadership development; executive search, and organizational communication. She enjoys helping clients develop simplified solutions for complex issues to foster employee trust; reduce long-term costs; improve efficiencies, and mitigate risk. Elizabeth is also an accomplished speaker and published business columnist who writes about a myriad of issues impacting organization effectiveness, including workspace cultural considerations that impact morale, staffing, productivity and overall business sustainability.

Elizabeth lives in Lakewood, NY with her husband and three children, three dogs and turtle, and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Organizational Learning and Leadership at Gannon University. In addition to her work and school, she is active in several organizations and serves on several nonprofit boards.
